Hypnosis is a naturally
relaxed state which you easily flow in and out of many
times every day. Hypnosis or Self-Hypnosis can be used
with supportive direction; enabling your conscious mind
to relax, allowing the removal and/or re-scripting of
old and unhelpful, or outdated ideas which have been
stored in your subconscious mind.
You can choose to focus all your thoughts, words, and
actions to manifest - actually create, what you DO want
- simply by changing your mind. This process of
successful manifesting is not instant – but it is much
easier than you think! Using the simple, safe, and
natural state of hypnosis, working with your beliefs,
you can easily accept and begin acting upon positive

You
are already familiar with Hypnosis.
A hypnotic state is a
completely normal and very natural state we move in
and out of many times every day. The
scientific measurement of your brain wave patterns
shown below gives simple examples of your state of
presence/awareness throughout your average day. You experience a
hypnotic state at least twice a day, while drifting
off into sleep, and on awakening. A deeply relaxed
hypnotic state occurs between the times of being
fully consciously focused on a thought or action,
and sleeping. We sometimes choose to extend and
linger in that state of relaxation… while
daydreaming.
A natural hypnotic state occurs whenever your
conscious mind relaxes its focus. Your body may
relax into a neutral position, or continue with
familiar tasks, many times a day without your
awareness…

Examples of experiencing the natural state of
hypnosis include -

day-dreaming – becoming
lost in your thoughts - using your
imagination – you are awake, but not clearly
focused on the room or people around you.

focused (on reading a book or watching TV)
that you are unaware of people speaking to
you or your name being called.

highway hypnosis – you
perform actions you already by know by
heart, without consciously thinking about
them… just as you do when walking or
speaking. How often do you arrive at your
destination without remembering the actual
details of the streets you have just driven?

you lose awareness of
time passing – directing your attention so
deeply into a project or hobby that you
completely exclude the external world
including the passage of time.

transports you into feelings/memories of
another time… and you drift into reliving
those memories while still doing other tasks
in the present.
